How to Download Your Course Certificate

After you have completed and passed the course, follow these steps to download your certificate:

  1. Click or tap your initials in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Courses for CCAPP courses or Activity for NBHAP courses.
  3. Locate the completed course in the list.
  4. Click or tap the certificate download icon Certificate download icon on the far right.

After submitting a course search, the page will attempt to move automatically to the catalog or results area.
